FOR COLLABORATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF MESSAGES, MATERIALS AND TOOLS
FOR BEHAVIOUR CHANGE COMMUNICATION (BCC) COMPONENT

The National AIDS Commission
(NAC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Social
Welfare (MOHSW) seek the consultancy services for collaborative
development of messages, materials and tools for Behaviour
Change Communication (BCC) component under Global Fund Round 8.
The core challenges facing Lesotho is to build necessary and
adequate capacity for the effective and efficient behaviour
change messages in line with the BCC Strategy. The National AIDS
Commission in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and
Social Welfare is therefore looking for a consultant (s) with
high level expertise in HIV and AIDS thematic areas and
especially on BCC issues.
The detailed Terms of Reference that include Background and
Context, purpose, objectives of the assignment, scope of work,
specific tasks, key deliverables, timing and reporting
arrangements are available from The Reception - Room 734 at
NAC Head Office- Maseru Sun Cabanas Office Block- 12 Orpen Road
Old Europa- Maseru; starting Monday 18th January 2010. Terms and
conditions are also available from the same office.
Hard copies of the proposals (Technical and financial),
bearing the above reference, should be addressed and hand
delivered or posted to the address below by Friday 12th
February 2010 and the Tender Box closes at 12.30 hrs.
Interested parties are invited to a public opening of technical
proposals on the same day at 14.30hrs at the NAC Boardroom. The
technical and financial proposals should be submitted in
separate sealed envelopes. Late submissions will not be
accepted.
