National AIDS Commission (NAC) is a statutory body established in terms of Act No.8 of     2005 of Parliament of the Government of Lesotho to be responsible for the development and coordination of strategies and programmes for controlling and combating HIV and AIDS in Lesotho; for facilitating implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes; and for provision of policy guidance to implementing structures.
